These Terms govern your use of Sage, the AI-powered marketing content platform operated by NxtLayer IT.

Advertising copy and headlines

Sage is powered by the Autobots Engine™, a proprietary AI system developed by NxtLayer IT.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to Sage requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4. User Content and Brand Information

You are solely responsible for the business information and brand voice you provide. You represent that:

You have the right to use any trademarks or brand assets you submit

Your marketing content will comply with all applicable advertising laws

You will review all AI-generated content before publishing

NxtLayer IT is not liable for any claims arising from content you publish.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Sage is a starting point and may require review and editing. NxtLayer IT does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or error-free.

You are responsible for ensuring all published content complies with applicable laws, including FTC guidelines, platform-specific rules, and copyright law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Sage to generate:

False, misleading, or deceptive advertising

Content that infringes third-party intellectual property

Spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications

Content promoting hate, violence, or illegal activity

7. Intellectual Property

Sage, the Autobots Engine™, and all associated branding and methodologies are the exclusive property of NxtLayer IT. You may not reverse engineer or replicate the Sage platform.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MARKETING ADVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
